Minimum of $75.00 per hour per worker

NOTE: This page is for EXTRA garden work, NOT for the labor that is included in your purchases of raised beds and mulch (e.g. filling your bed with compost or distributing bulk mulch into decorative beds). If you think you might need some assistance in your yard – we’d be happy to discuss the job with you and give you a cost estimate.

PAYMENT

Please review your order with Customer Support BEFORE payment. Contact Customer Support at 708-655-5299 or orders[at]deep-roots-project.org to ask any questions and to review your order prior to payment. Orders can be placed online with credit card payment OR they can be placed by phone or email. Checks are welcome: mail a check to Deep Roots Project, 323 S. East Ave, Oak Park, IL 60302.

Distance fees: We don’t charge driving time if you are in the Oak Park area. There is an added fee if you are located 2 miles or more from Oak Park.

Deposit required: Please pay a deposit of $50 before the work begins and pay the rest after the work is completed.

Some examples of General Garden Labor that we can provide a quote for:

• Moving a pre-existing raised bed to a different location

• Setting up a compost bin

• Digging out plants in a spot where you want to place a raised bed

• Setting up a trellis

• Removing rotted boards from an old raised bed before installing a new raised bed around the old soil.
